• We’ll send you an invoice to pay for your upgrade, there will be a link in the email which you can click to complete payment.

• Once payment is complete, we’ll cancel your rental plan and grant you a free year of pickups.

• When a 2nd generation Mill is available, we’ll ship it to you - you’ll receive a shipment tracking email.

• Once your new Mill arrives, put your old one in the box and send it back to us (more instructions will be provided when the bin is delivered).
